Warranty & Service Policy
Warranty coverage depends on the product category and the brand’s official warranty terms. This page explains how warranty and service
requests are handled through Tirupathi Balaji Traders.
Warranty is provided by the respective brand/manufacturer. TBT assists in coordinating claims and service as per brand policy.
1) Warranty Coverage
- Coverage varies by product and brand (e.g., furniture mechanisms, upholstery, finishes, hardware, flooring systems, door hardware, etc.).
- Warranty generally applies to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
- Warranty start date is typically based on invoice date and/or installation completion (as per brand terms).
2) What is Usually Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, fading due to sunlight/chemicals, or misuse.
- Damage due to improper handling, relocation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Damage due to water seepage, damp walls/floors, site conditions, pest infestation, or accidents.
- Consumables and parts that naturally degrade over time (as defined by the brand’s terms).
3) How to Raise a Warranty/Service Request
Email sales@tbtgroup.in with:
- Invoice / order reference
- Product details (brand, model, quantity)
- Issue description
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Site address and contact person details
4) Service Process
- Initial review and request registration.
- Inspection (remote via photos or on-site) depending on product type and brand requirements.
- Brand approval (if needed) and service scheduling.
- Repair/replacement decision as per brand warranty terms.
5) Service Timelines
Timelines depend on brand approvals, parts availability, and technician scheduling. We strive to coordinate the earliest possible resolution.
6) Paid Service (Out of Warranty)
If the product is out of warranty or the issue is not covered, we can arrange paid service subject to parts availability and a service estimate approval.
